NIMS ICS 300 – Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents

This course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in the ICS 100c and ICS 200c courses.
Selection Criteria: Individuals who may assume a supervisory role in incidents. Note: During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions. These incidents may extend into multiple operational periods.
Student Manual will be available for classroom use only. Please bring an ipad or computer with you for note taking and taking test.
Students must have completed IS-100c., IS-200c , IS-700b and IS-800d. BEGINING JANUARY 1ST, 2020 G-191 EOC/ICS Interface (8 hr. course) CLASS WILL ALSO BE A PREREQUISITES FOR THE ICS 300 CLASS. Students must provide proof of completion of these courses to training@gema.ga.gov before course date.
