Pediatric Disaster Preparedness Class
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, in coordination with Emory University and the G7 Preparedness grant, will be hosting a 2-day pediatric disaster preparedness class on July 26th and 27th at Children’s (1791 Tullie Circle, Ashrae Building, Classroom 1A). This training covers national-level pediatric disaster training focused on emergency management, public health, clinical preparedness, and resiliency and recovery. Upon completion of the course, participants will recognize components necessary to developing a comprehensive community and facility plan designed to improve pediatric clinical and post disaster resilience.
CME, CNE, and EMS CEUs will be available of for any participant seeing continuing education credits.
