SUMMARY:patient Placement Training
DESCRIPTION:As we prepare for the 2024 Hurricane Season\, the number one task during a major hurricane is to safely evacuate our patients or receive other State patients. Knowing how to use the State Evacuation and Transportation Board is key to the success of an evacuation or transfer process. Our State partners will provide “in-person” training on April 8th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM in Memorial Hospital Heart & Vascular Building\, Conference Room E to walk us through the process. \n\n\n\nClick here to register for the training:  \n\n\n\nhttps://training.gema.ga.gov/TRS/broadcastInvite.do?biCofId=59113 \n\n\n\nPlease meet in the Heart & Vascular Building Lobby area to gain access to the conference room no later than 12:45. \n\n\n\nIf you are a facility with in-patients and may need the State assistance\, I encourage you (discharge personnel\, Case Managers) to attend this webinar.
